Welcome to Deal In Service. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and services (Web Design, App Development, Digital Marketing). By accessing our website or purchasing a service package, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Data Privacy & Removal Policy

Important: We Do Not Store Your Data Indefinitely.

We are committed to your privacy. We strictly do not collect or keep your personal information longer than necessary.

We only collect basic information (Name, Phone, Email) required to initiate and deliver the service.
Data Removal: Once the service is fully delivered (e.g., website is live, app is published) and the project is concluded, we remove your personal contact details from our active processing lists.
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others.

3. Payment Policy (No Card Storage)

We value your financial security.

                 No Card Payment Attached: We do not ask for, store, or save your Credit/Debit card details on our servers.
            

All payments for our services (Startup Web, Business Pro, etc.) are processed via:

Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS)
UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
Secure Third-Party Payment Links (where you enter details on the bank's secure page, not ours).

We do not have any "Auto-Debit" or "Recurring Subscription" systems attached to your cards. You are in full control of every payment.

4. Offers & Communications

By inquiring or signing up for our services, you agree that Deal In Service may send you:

Project updates and status reports.
Exclusive Offers: We periodically send discount offers, seasonal deals, and upgrade opportunities relevant to your business.
Renewal reminders for Hosting and Domains.

*You may opt-out of promotional marketing messages at any time by contacting support.

5. Services & Delivery

Timeline: Estimated timelines (e.g., 1-5 days for static sites) are goals, not absolute guarantees. Delays may occur due to pending content from the client or technical revisions.

Assets: Clients must provide necessary text, images, and logos. If not provided, we will use standard stock images.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of India. Dealing In Service and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of India (Pune Jurisdiction) shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
